When filling out a search warrant in two buildings located in the municipality of García, Nuevo León, elements of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) secured a warehouse probably used as a laboratory for the manufacture of the synthetic drug known as fentanyl.

Following an investigation, the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) requested and obtained from the Special District Judge in the Accusatory Criminal System of the Federal Criminal Justice Center, based in Nuevo León, the order that was completed by elements of the Federal Police Ministerial (PFM) and specialized experts, in two homes located in the Ciudad Mitras Industrial Park and Pedregal La Silla neighborhood.

In the first building, the agents of the Attorney General's Office located a laboratory area with instruments, machinery, chemical substances, a bar, notebooks with annotations on the matter and a refrigerator, as well as other spaces where tambos were located, boxes , jars and shelves.

During the execution of the investigation technique, Guadalupe "A" was arrested, with full respect for her human rights, without the use of violence or involvement of third parties; it was made available to the jurisdictional authority for its probable responsibility in the commission of the crime against health, in the production modality of fentanyl chemical precursors.
